Pauli Pauli will miss the Newcastle Knights' round two match after accepting the early guilty plea for a grade one dangerous contact charge.

Newcastle Knight Pauli Pauli has been issued a grade one dangerous contact charge by the NRL match review panel after Sunday's Round 1 match against the Gold Coast Titans.
With an early plea, Pauli's charge equates to 127 points (one game) or 165 points (one game) if he is challenges the charge but is found guilty at the tribunal.
A decision to challenge or accept the charge will be made by 12 noon on Tuesday.
