The Newcastle Knights has officially launched its Membership program, with a new campaign titled 'Stay True to the Red and Blue’.
Phase one of this campaign gives 2015 Members the first chance to Stay True next season.
The current Member renewal period continues until Monday November 2, at which point 2016 Membership packages will officially go on sale to the public.
“Membership is the simplest and best way to be part of our Club,” Chief Operating Officer Wendy Carmichael said.
“2015 was a challenging season for the Knights and our Members, and we thank Members for their incredible support.
“As a community Club, we are nothing without our Members and we’re asking everyone to join with us again in 2016 as we strive for success.”
The Club is excited to launch a number of great, new Knights Member benefits and opportunities in 2016.
There is the ‘early-bird pricing offer’, which rewards loyal Members who renew their Membership before Friday December 18 with the same low Membership rates paid since 2014.
The Club is introducing a brand new Member website and portal, which is easy to access and use, and gives Members more control over their Membership and benefits.
Club Members will also receive 10 per cent discount when purchasing casual tickets to Knights home games and will be rewarded with money-can’t-buy experiences for recruiting fellow Members.
Additionally, a new Queensland Club Membership has been created, to cater for Newcastle Knights supporters based north of the border.
“The changes we have made are based on our Members' feedback as well as best practice,” Carmichael added.
“We want to make sure we are demonstrating to our Members every day just how important their support is to us.”
The Knights had more than 14,000 Members in 2015 and the Club aims to grow this Membership base in 2016 and beyond.
2016 Membership Key Dates:
- Renewals begin Monday September 28 at 9.30am
- Reserved seat deadline ends Friday October 16
- General on sale begins Monday November 2 at 9am
