For even the most experienced and celebrated rugby league player with countless accolades, their first grade debut match is a moment in their career that will always hold great significance and pride. 

As the Newcastle Knights celebrate the NRL’s Men of League Heritage Round on Saturday at Hunter Stadium, Knights players past and present have reflected on that special day when they made their Club debut and became a part of the Knights' history. 

From Tyler Randell, the last name on the Club’s specially designed Heritage Jersey, Clint Newton the earliest of the current squad to Club legends Danny Buderus and Michael Hagan as well as Craig Smith and Kurt Gidley- Knights TV gains a special insight into one of their most special and memorable rugby league games.
