The Knights' final two games at Hunter Stadium fall on a Sunday and a Saturday.

The Newcastle Knights' draw for the final six Telstra Premiership rounds of the 2015 NRL season has been released, and it features a family friendly Sunday afternoon game and a Saturday evening Old Boys Round at Hunter Stadium.

In Round 22 the Knights will play the Sydney Roosters on home soil on Sunday August 9 at 4pm for the NRL’s Indigenous Round, before returning to Hunter Stadium on Saturday August 29 at 5.30pm for the traditional Old Boys match where the Club recognises and celebrates its past players and officials.

Three of the Knights’ other remaining games will be played in Sydney, plus the Red and Blue will head to Melbourne to take on the Storm in a Monday night Round 24 clash.

Round 21 features the ISC Marvel Heroes Round when the team is set to wear the Newcastle Knights 2015 Marvel Super Heroes Jersey against the St George Illawarra Dragons at Jubilee Oval.

With two of the final six rounds at Hunter Stadium, the Knights are eager to deliver a strong performance on home turf in front of the Club’s dedicated Members and supporters.

“Round 25 will be one of the Knights' most significant home games when we host the traditional Old Boys Round and celebrate the career of Kurt Gidley, the Club’s most capped captain, in his final game at Hunter Stadium," Newcastle Knights Chief Operating Officer Wendy Carmichael said.

“Both of our final home games are against strong opponents and we encourage our Members and supporters to come along and experience some great football.” she added.

The Knights conclude the season with a match against the Penrith Panthers at Pepper Stadium in Penrith.
