The Newcastle Knights travelled to Sydney on Saturday with an altered 18-man squad for Sunday afternoon's round nine match against the Manly Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval.
Five-eighth Jarrod Mullen has been ruled out of the match due to a toe injury and has not travelled with the team.
Joseph Tapine joined the squad as 18th-man.
Coach Rick Stone will finalise his 17-man team one hour prior to kick off on Sunday.
