Newcastle Knights forward Beau Scott has been issued a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge by the Match Review Panel on Monday.
The charge carries 100 points, however with loading and carry over points, it increases to 128 points.
With an early guilty plea, the charge reduces to 98 points.
The Club has taken the early plea, meaning Scott is available to play this weekend against the Gold Coast Titans at Cbus Stadium.
