Tyler Randell was rewarded with the NSW Cup Coach's Award at the Newcastle Knights Awards Night last Thursday.
The talented hooker had a strong season with the NSW Cup Knights, who progressed to the grand final and also enjoyed personal success making his NRL debut in Round 25.
"It's definitely a good achievement, because it means the coaches picked the award," he said after receiving the accolade.
Randell revealed he is getting married in the off season, but looks forward to getting straight back into it when the Knights pre-season begins in early November.
