Newcastle Knights Beau Scott and Sione Mata'utia have been named in the Prime Minister’s XIII to play the PNG Kumuls at Kokopo.
The game will be played on Sunday, October 12 with the side a mix of experienced players and some of the most promising young talent in the NRL.
The selection adds to a number of achievements for 18-year-old Mata'utia in his break through year including representation in the Under 20s NSW Origin and being named in the NYC Team of the Year.
For 30-year-old Scott, being named in the Prime Minister's XIII also adds to a successful season following his representation in the NSW Origin and Country representative teams.
