The Newcastle Knights have been named in the Rangitoto pool for the 2015 Auckland Nines tournament to take place at Eden Park in Auckland early next year.
The playing pool consists of opponents the St George Illawarra Dragons, the Parramatta Eels and the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles who the Knights will face during the two-day tournament staged on Saturday, January 31 and Sunday, February 1.
Day one will see the Knights first play the Dragons followed by the Eels in the afternoon. The side will then face the Sea Eagles on the Sunday before the finals take place.

Waiheke: Melbourne Storm, North Queensland Cowboys, Penrith Panthers, South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Piha: Sydney Roosters, , Brisbane Broncos, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.
Hunua: Wests Tigers, Gold Coast Titans, New Zealand Warriors, Canberra Raiders.
