

Newcastle Knights' hooker Chad Redman successfully had his striking charge downgraded at the NSW Rugby League Tribunal on Wednesday night.
Redman's grade two striking charge was downgraded to a grade one, meaning the young hooker is free to play in Saturday's final against Wentworthville at Leichhardt Oval.
The NSW Cup team have a final training run on Friday and will finalise their 17-man team after naming an 18-man squad on Tuesday for the week one final.
