State of Origin 2

The NSW Blues defeated Queensland 6-4 at ANZ Stadium ending the Maroons series hold on the Blues.

The Knights' enforcer Beau Scott played an important role for the victorious side in the number 11 jersey. Scott was again tough and courageous in defence for the Blues,

Queensland winger Darius Boyd went into the match just one try away from being the leading try-scorer in Origin's history but was well contained by the Blues defence.

Both players finished the game without any reported injuries and return to the Club to be assessed before they are cleared to play in Monday night's game against the Cowboys.
