Jarrod Mullen is a person who leads by example in everything he does; he is involved in all aspects of the Newcastle Knights' activities and displays commitment, enthusiasm and drive when representing the Club both on and off the field.

Jarrod’s passion for our football family is genuine and he goes above and beyond to help those in our community who need assistance.  Much of Jarrod’s community and charity support work is done in his own time and he does not seek publicity or reward for what he simply sees as ‘doing his bit’.

Jarrod is a leader within the team, and leads by example. He actively seeks out ways in which he can benefit the community and use his profile to help others. Jarrod can be regularly seen participating at club junior development clinics and working with junior players.

He is approachable and humble and willing to share his experiences and expertise.

We regularly receive unsolicited feedback from individuals and organisations that have benefitted from meeting Jarrod.  His respectful manner and genuine care for whomever he is engaging with is recognised by everyone he meets. Jarrod Mullen is great ambassador for our game, our region and our club.
