The most exciting thing about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader is getting the privilege to perform in front of thousands of supporters in an amazing atmosphere and getting to work alongside a group of beautiful, talented and inspiring women.

What keeps you energised?

Having a great support network around me keeps me energised, like my squad members that are always positive and supportive and bring an energy that uplifts a room.

How do you maintain your Game Day spark?

I keep my game day spark by training hard and meeting the most dedicated knights fans of all ages and seeing the smiles our performances and promotions put on their faces.
