What is most exciting about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader?

The atmosphere of game day is like nothing else! It’s so amazing to be amongst such dedicated fans, and dance alongside our squad, doing what we love whilst supporting our team.

What keeps you energised?

Our tight-knit team and the support of our coach are always a great boost of motivation! Off the field, I love a walk along the beach, time in the sun, or a good pilates session.

What is your must-play workout music?

When working out, Beyonce and Rihanna are my go-to artists! Nothing like two powerful women to keep me motivated.
