What is most exciting about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader?

Game day! Getting out on the field and performing with the most talented girls.

Also, our fans of course, they are our core.

What keeps you energised?

My coach Alex is always motivating me, training me and inspiring me to become a better version of myself. I love a good iced latte to keep me energised as well.

What is your first ever memory of Rugby League?

Going to my first Newcastle Knights game, experiencing the incredible atmosphere and watching the cheerleaders dance really inspired me and motivated me to try out for the Newcastle Knights Cheerleaders.

Who is your favourite all-time Knight?

Andrew Johns.

What is your must-play workout music?

Anything Charli XCX, Tate McRae, Sabrina Carpenter and Lady Gaga.

Who or what inspires you and why?

My mum, I wouldn’t be the person I am today without her. Also my dance Captain Taylor inspires me. She is kind, supportive and always creates a positive environment. My team also inspires me, I am grateful to be surrounded by a beautiful, talented, strong team.
