What is most exciting about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader?

The camaraderie among the team is so special.  We all care about each other and support one another- training together and celebrating wins together.

What keeps you energised?

There's no other feeling than stepping out onto the field and knowing you’re apart of something bigger. Add in high energy routines, amazing support, and plenty of red energy!

What is your first ever memory of Rugby League?

When I was little, my grandfather took me to a Knights vs Parramatta Eels game. I saw the cheerleaders on the field, being a dancer, I knew I wanted to be out there with them.

Who is your favourite all-time Knight?

Danny Buderus.

What is your must play workout music?

Lady Gaga.

Who or what inspires you and why?

I’m inspired by all the incredible dancers I used to train with every afternoon prior to Newcastle Knights. I’ve always had to work hard at my dancing skills, it wasn’t a natural talent, watching everyone in my class; taking inspiration from their flexibility, coordination, balance and performance, it made me work harder.

These dancers must have talent.

What is one thing my teammates don’t know about me?

I used to take singing lessons from 3 years old all the way up to 15 years old.
