The nib Newcastle Knights have gone down 43-12 to the Parramatta Eels at CommBank Stadium on Friday night.
The Eels outscored the Knights seven tries to two to earn the two competition points.
The red and blue will look to refresh with the bye next week before hosting the Gold Coast Titans back at home in Round 11.
HOW IT PLAYED OUT:
1st min - The match kicked off on a warm Friday night in Sydney.
2nd min - After an error from the Knights, Parramatta would open the scoring early in the contest through five-eighth Dylan Brown.
6th min - The Knights hit back quickly after a well weighted kick from Jackson Hastings found one of our forwards.
After a couple of repeat sets, Hastings produced an inch-perfect kick in the in-goal and Mat Croker was on the spot to score for Newcastle.

10th min - The Eels retook the lead with halfback Mitchell Moses stepping through the line and scoring the home side's second.
26th min - Parramatta extended their lead when Clint Gutherson dove over from dummy-half close to the line.
27th min - Strong cover defence from Bradman Best and Dom Young stopped a certain try for Gutherson quickly after.
35th min - Gutherson would grab a second after moving quickly out of dummy-half following a break from Will Penisini.
37th min - The Eels would take a 24-point lead into the break with another try to Sean Russell.
46th min - The home side continued to score points with Clint Gutherson running in for his third of the night.
62nd min - The Knights got one back with Dom Young diving over in the corner to reduced the deficit.
70th min - Junior Paulo made his way over for the Eels seventh of the match.
79th min - Mitchell Moses added a late field goal.
