Community Information

The Newcastle Knights have a proud history of community support and engagement.

We aim to give back as much as we can to our region, and to use rugby league to help and encourage those who need it most.

Everyday we are truly inspired by the people we meet and the opportunities we are given to make a difference.

Community & Charity Support Activities

Newcastle Knights’ community programs focus on four key areas – charity, education, culture, junior development – and support four charity causes – children and young people, health and well-being, welfare/relief of poverty, emergency services.

Our activities include, for example: support of charity and community fundraising events; advocacy and awareness raising; donation of player and coaching staff time; donation of merchandise; donation of tickets to matches; schools programs; junior development and elite pathways programs.
