The Club farewells Brendan Elliot, who joined the nib Newcastle Knights in 2016.

The hard working and versatile 23-year-old, who has notched up 37 NRL appearances, made his NRL debut for the Sydney Roosters in 2014.

Signed up as a Knight midway through the 2016 season, Elliot played in a range of positions but always looked at home wherever he was on the pitch.

A consummate professional both on and off the field, Elliot added 12 NRL games to his tally in 2017, as well as four tries, and also played seven Reserve Grade matches.

The Club wishes Elliot the very best for his future, as he takes up an opportunity with another NRL club.
