This is the last home game at McDonald Jones Stadium for six weeks as the nib Newcastle Knights take on the Penrith Panthers.

MATCH DAY PARTNER

Match day partner KOFM will be hosting a ‘Give Me 5 for Kids Family Footy Day’ as they aim to raise funds to refurbish some of the family rooms at the John Hunter Children’s Hospital.

The KOFM Street Patrol will have plenty of giveaways at the match for Members and fans, and have a giant jenga and connect four set up in the Fan Zone.

BEANIE FOR BRAIN CANCER

The Mark Hughes Foundation will be selling beanies at the match for the NRL’s Beanie for Brain Cancer Round. Supporters are urged to get behind a worthy cause and buy a beanie or wear a beanie to the match to help in the fight against brain cancer.

KIDS ON THE FIELD

After the full time siren, kids will be able to come onto the field.

MEMBERSHIP SERVICE OFFICE

The Membership Service Office (located outside of the Stadium, on the Western side and to the left of the main entry doors) will be open from 9.15am to the end of half time of the NRL match if Members require help with their Membership.

All Members who are yet to receive their packs, and who purchased a ticketed Membership can pick them up from the Membership Service Office on the day.

MEMBERSHIP MARQUEE

The Membership marquee will be set up outside of the Western entrance for all fans wanting to discuss or purchase Memberships.

We have three, four, and six game, as well as seasonal packages that can save you over 50% on match day ticket prices. It’s not too late to join and help us celebrate our 30th season in the NRL.

CLUB SHOP

The Knights Club Shop will be open from 9am until NRL kick off.

NEW IN 2017

Don’t forget to try out our new supporter bay, located in Bay 1 of the Andrew Johns (Eastern) Grandstand. With access to unreserved seating, you can stand, stand, sing, dance, wave banners and flags and cheer on the boys to victory surrounded by fellow Knights fans.

2017 Knights Members receive a 10% discount off food and beverages at McDonald Jones Stadium, simply by showing their Member card at the time of purchase.

Members, don’t forget to visit our new Member Bar. Located on level two of the Eastern stand, this Member exclusive area offers complete bar facilities, TV screens showing all the on-field action, and a gourmet menu. Please note that this area is only open to those who are over the age of 18. 

STADIUM CONDITION OF ENTRY

A reminder that Fans and Members may bring in only sealed bottles of water to McDonald Jones Stadium. Empty, refillable water bottles are also welcome. Any Member or supporter attempting to enter McDonald Jones Stadium with an unsealed water bottle will be asked by security to empty the container before entering through the gates. PARKING

Parking is available on a match-by-match basis through Ticketmaster.

Parking will be available at the Newcastle Harness Race Club. The cost is $10 and this can be paid via cash on the day.

GETTING TO MCDONALD JONES STADIUM

The nearest train station to McDonald Jones Stadium is Broadmeadow Station, approximately 1.5km away. For a full list of stations and timetables visit Transport NSW.

The nearest bus stop is at Young and Turton Road, New Lambton. The following buses stop within 1km of the stadium:
- Down Turton Road: 231 and 111
- Down Lambton Road: 363, 230, 222 and 317
- Other buses: 225, 226 and 322
