The 2017 nib Night with the Knights was held at McDonald Jones Stadium on Tuesday, and atttending Club legend Paul Harragon said a good time was had by all.

"There's stacks of little kids here, they're having great fun and it's wonderful to see," he told Knights TV.

"It's wonderful for them to be with the players, and doing the drills just like the big boys do."

The night started off with a skills clinic out on the field, and then dinner was held up in the stadium's corporate suites.

"It's raining a little bit, but no one cares," Harragon said.

"It's just one of those type of nights."

11-year-old Declan McLeod came along for the evening, and the young soccer player says he's thinking about switching codes after spending some time with the Knights.

"It's been very fun, and I'm thinking about playing rugby league now," McLeod explained.

"All the Knights are really enthusiastic about it, and it looks really fun."
