Jaelen Feeney was the major injury concern following Monday night’s match at Hunter Stadium.

Feeney suffered an ankle injury and will have scans on Tuesday, with results expected on Wednesday.

"Jaelen’s having scans after his foot has blown up and he’s been in a boot overnight,” coach Nathan Brown told the media on Tuesday.

"He would be an unlikely starter, but we will have a medical meeting this afternoon to know exactly where he is at.”

With Feeney in doubt, Jack Cogger is a possible replacement pending his fitness.

"I don’t think Jaelen will play and what we will do there, we will just have to wait and see,” Brown added.

“Jack is not far away, but he certainly won’t be playing if he’s not 100 per cent fit. He’s only a young kid.

"If he’s 100 per cent fit he will be a possible starter but if not…it’s not the stage of his career to be putting him out against North Queensland.”

If Cogger is unfit, Brown will consider playing Tyler Randell in the halves alongside Trent Hodkinson.

"Tyler has played in lots of positions throughout his career so he is an option,” Brown said.

"We would prefer to put someone there who that’s their preferred position, but if not, Tyler is a utility type player who could cover a number of spots so could do a job for a week for us.”

Stay tuned for more updates as Brown names his Round 13 team at 5pm on Tuesday.
