Jarrod Mullen had surgery on Tuesday to repair a ruptured hamstring tendon.

All reports from the surgeon were positive.

Mullen will now be required to have a follow-up appointment in the coming weeks to ensure his recovery remains on track.

Rehabilitation can commence for Mullen thereafter before a return to play in 10-12 weeks.

After a follow-up review appointment with the specialist on Friday morning, Jarrod Mullen has been booked in for surgery on Tuesday.

Mullen injured his hamstring in Round 8.

He is expected to be sidelined for 10-12 weeks.

Jarrod Mullen’s appointment with the specialist on Friday confirmed a ruptured hamstring tendon.

Mullen’s treatment will be conservative until at least a progress appointment next week with the specialist.

At this stage, Mullen is expected to be out for 10 weeks.
