The 2015 season is just around the corner and to ensure the hussle and bussle of the first round is kept to a minimum, here’s a few hints below to help Members on their way.
MEMBER CARDS
All Memberships purchased before 5pm February 17 will receive their Member cards in the post prior to Round 1.
If a Membership is purchased after this date, a temporary ticket can be provided for Round 1. To save time on match day, temporary tickets can be printed and available for collection prior to Round 1. Simply call on 1300 465 644 or email membership@newcastleknights.com.au to organise a temporary ticket. Members who purchased before January 14 should have received their Member packs in the post. Members yet to receive their packs should call on 1300 465 644 so the Membership team can follow this up and organise a temporary ticket for Round 1.
MEMBER INCLUSION COLLECTIONS
There will be two collection points for Members to redeem their inclusion items at Round 1 at Hunter Stadium. These will be set up in the merchandise outlets on the ground level of the Western entrance. Once you have scanned your card for entry, turn left or right instead of making your way up the stairs. No redemptions will take place at the merchandise kiosks located on the concourse.
Don't forget- no redemption card, no item. Those who don’t have a redemption cards yet, not to worry. Redemptions will be available the following two home games in Round 4 and 5.
ARRIVE EARLY TO AVOID TO QUEUES
We are expecting queues at the Member Services Office for Round 1. Members who need assistance should allow extra time to ensure they don't miss out on the game. The Membership team we will be available until 12pm Friday March 6 by phone or email. Members are encouraged to sort out any issues before hand. The offices are closed on weekends including all match days.
A reminder - If Members forget their Member card, there will be a $5 fee to print a temporary pass. The Knights Club Shop is available to purchase your red and blue merchandise before you enter the ground.
