The Newcastle Knights has named a 17-man team for Sunday’s Old Boys Day clash against the St George Illawarra Dragons at Hunter Stadium.

Travis Waddell returns to the team in place of last weekend’s debutant Tyler Randell, in an otherwise unchanged line-up. Randell has been named in NSW Cup but will be monitored this week following a head clash late in the match.

Waddell is named back on the bench with Korbin Sims, Chris Houston and Timana Tahu, who played his first NRL for the year last weekend.

It is set to be a special day, when the Club celebrates Old Boys Day in partnership with the Mark Hughes Foundation as well as also farewelling the Club’s departing players.

Willie Mason, Adam Cuthbertson, Travis Waddell and Timana Tahu will be joined by Josh Mantellato, Matt Minto, Michael Dobson and Anthony Quinn to be officially farewelled following Sunday’s match at Hunter Stadium.
