Adams and O’Donnell added to bench

The Newcastle Knights have named an 18-man squad for Sunday’s Round 18 clash against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium.

Darius Boyd is named at fullback in place of Kevin Naiqama and Zeb Taia replaces Kade Snowden in the front row.

The Knights have added Chris Adams, who has played three NRL games this season, and Kyle O’Donnell to an extended bench.

O’Donnell, who is yet to make his NRL debut, has spent this week in camp with the NSW Cup Representative team and will play in the curtain raiser game to Wednesday’s Origin decider at Suncorp Stadium.

The results of Snowden's scans on his knee confirmed he will be sidelined for 4-6 weeks.
