Christmas donation to the John Hunter Children’s Hospital

Hunter Ports Newcastle Knights players, Jarrod Mullen, Kade Snowden and Timana Tahu brought a little bit of Christmas cheer to the John Hunter Children’s Hospital last week when they presented a cheque for $1890.

They put plenty of smiles on the faces of young patients throughout the afternoon taking some time out from a gruelling preseason campaign.

Jarrod Mullen participated in a Sportsbet.com.au tipping comp against Roosters star Mitch Aubusson across the major races of the Spring Carnival. Jarrod was lucky enough to correctly tip Dunaden to win the Caulfield Cup and win the competition.
