| Is there an alcohol free section? |
Yes. Bay 10 of the Andrew Johns Grandstand, the Northern Concourse and Northern Hill General Admission areas are designated as alcohol-free. |
| What disabled facilities are available? |
EnergyAustralia Stadium has wheelchair places at numerous points throughout the ground - plus a place for a carer. These are available for purchase as season tickets and are the same price as other reserved seating. One carer seat is available with each wheelchair position. Please discuss your application with our customer service representatives to ensure your application is flagged for wheelchair seating.

| Is there undercover seating at EnergyAustralia Stadium? |
The Andrew Johns stand offers the best vantage point in the Stadium and is undercover on the upper level and towards the rear of the lower level. |
| Can I want to sit with a group of friends? |
There's nothing better than enjoying a day at the footy with friends. Simply return your forms together and we will allocate seating in the same area. |
| When will I receive my membership tickets? |
Tickets will be availble from the Knights Kingdom from late October 2008. |
| Is membership included with my season ticket? |
Each adult or concession season ticket includes a single adult (ordinary) membership. Child tickets include a Junior Red membership. A family pass includes a single adult (ordinary) membership. |
| When will I receive my membership pack? |
Your membership pack will be available for collection at the Knights Members Season launch in early March 2009. In 2009 the membership packs include more benefits and value than ever before! |
| What is a concession ticket? |
Concession pricing applies to holders of Pensioner Concession Cards and full time students over the age of 15. Unfortunately the Seniors Card, Health Care Card or Commonwealth Seniors Health Card does not qualify for concession pricing. You will need to present your concession card(s) when you collect your season tickets and when entering the gate on game day. |
| What conditions apply to children's tickets? |
Child tickets are available for children aged 15 and under as at March 1, 2009. Children under 5 may enter the venue free of charge but cannot occupy a seat. |
| Are corporate facilities available? |

| What happens if I lose my membership card? |
The Knights are happy to replace your lost or stolen tickets, however due to processiing and ordering a surcharge of $10 per ticket will apply.
